Dr. Itai Bar-Hava, the head of the fertility clinic ‘from A to Z’, is a world renowned fertility
specialist, with many years of experience in the field of fertility treatments.
Dr. Itai Bar-Hava is a graduate of the Hebrew University medical school of Jerusalem. He did his
residency in obstetrics and gynecology in Rabin Medical Center. During his residency he
underwent additional training in the Albert Einstein hospital, and the Cornelle Lenox Hill hospital
in New York.
Dr. Itai Bar-Hava in practice was the head of the IVF units in Rabin Medical Center, and in Barzilai
medical center in Ashkelon.
Dr. Itai Bar Hava was a lecturer in the Tel Aviv University’s faculty of medicine, and Ben Gurion
University’s faculty of medicine in the south. Furthermore he instructed and taught many
medical students and residents.
Currently, Dr. Itai Bar Hava spends most of his time running the fertility clinic ‘From A to Z’. He
performs the fertility treatment here in the clinic and in the Assuta Medical Center of Rishon
Letzion.
Furthermore, Dr. Itai Bar Hava serves as an attending physician in the ultrasound unit in the
gynecology department in Wolfson medical center in Holon.
Dr. Itai Bar Hava is himself a proud father of five.
