A think endometrial lining constitutes one of the biggest obstacles of infertility, one that is not easily overcome.

The endometrial lining is the substrate required for the transfer and implantation of the embryo (just as soil is the substrate required in a flowerbox to plant flowers).

Some women are born with a thin endometrial lining, and occasionally the endometrium undergoes a process of thinning due to prior uterine trauma (curettage, surgical hysteroscopy's etc.).

There are various treatment options in woman who suffer from a thin endometrial lining, including surgical hysteroscopy followed by an infusion of hyaluronic acid, a variety of hormonal treatments, and infusion of a number activating materials.
